At Thrive Pilates, we aim to provide a fabulous environment with a high standard of classes & admin support.

In the event that you need to cancel your membership, please provide us with an opportunity to explore the reason for your request by completing the details below.

Please note that once this form has been submitted, you are unable to apply for a suspension of your membership.

Please note there is a cancellation period for all members - your cancellation will take effect 14 days after your next payment runs.

Once the cancellation form has been returned to us, we will confirm that date with you.
