Need to suspend your membership?
Please allow us 24-48 hours to process the suspension
Thrive Studio Policy for Suspensions:
- Suspension cannot be backdated
- Membership payments happen in the very early hours of the morning. We will endeavour to ensure the suspension is placed on your account prior to the next debit running, however we do not offer refunds if a payment is taken between the request and the start of the suspension.
- You will receive an auto-email reminding you that your suspension is due to end however it is your responsibility to take note of when your membership and payments resume.
- We do not provide refunds should you not return to the Studio after the suspension has lifted.
- If you need to extend your suspension, please contact us ASAP
**please note, there is a $5 admin fee associated with each suspension form submission**
PLEASE NOTE: if you are returning from a medical suspension, please touch base with us (Coffs - 0413645902 or Grafton - 0437325884) as we need to ensure we can support you as you return to classes.
Please remember that Thrive offers large group fitness pilates and whilst we can usually and very comfortably look after you in class, we want to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout.
